Changes to the school transport service for children and young people with SEND

We are receiving many calls and messages from parents regarding changes to school transport service providers.

Unfortunately, decisions regarding school transport are made directly by Kent County Council and not the school. Currently we do not hold any information regarding transport providers from Term 4 2021/22.

We have been informed that KCC will be in touch with parents/carers about their child's transport provider by this Friday (11 February 2022).

KCC School Transport line: 03000 418484 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Please note, this line is very busy so callers should expect a delay in answering.
