Some pupils/students have started to bring Christmas cards in for their friends. Whilst we in no way want to discourage the sending of cards, we need to manage the risk responsibly.

We are proposing that any cards brought into school are ‘posted’ into a box, where they will be kept until the last week of term. At this point, they will be distributed to pupils/students in classes.

Can we ask that any Christmas cards are sent into school by Friday 11th December. This will allow cards to be stored for a few days before distribution. Please note, we cannot accept any cards after this date.  Please can we ask that envelopes are not sealed (licked).
