Benedicts Law

Benedict's Law is a set of statutory requirements coming into force in England from September 2026 that mandates a consistent, whole-school approach to allergy safety and emergency response.

One of the requirements for schools is to have a dedicated allergy policy which must be published on the school website. We have placed our Pupil Allergy Policy on this school website (General Policies) however, please be aware that the policy is awaiting governor ratification
